Service Description
Beginner friendly class designed to give emphasis on the fundamentals of postures, alignment, and breath. This class will help to build a solid and safe foundation for a yoga practice. Classes are slow paced with a high focus on alignment in each pose moving through full spectrum or focused more heavily on one area of the body. Students should expect to work with a plethora of props in order to facilitate optimal alignment.
