Flow- Flow classes are moderately paced with a high focus on alignment. Each pose links postures through a sequence of movements that flow with the breath. Less rest is given between each pose; therefore maintaining even and steady breath is crucial. Typically, classes will be full spectrum, working the entire body.

Chair Yoga- This is a 45 min class that utilizes a chair for postures and balance. This is perfect for those who have difficulty with getting to the floor quickly.
Foundational - This is a 45 min Beginner friendly class that breaks down Yoga as a whole as well as each posture. Perfect entry point or refresher.

Trapeze Yoga- Trapeze yoga is an exciting and effective approach to supplement your fitness regime. This prop allows you to experience poses in a unique manner that incorporates functional pulling and grip strength motions. You’ll help improve your spinal health, flexibility, core, upper body, and posterior chain strength.

Yoga Trapeze class in NOT suitable for those with chronic vertigo, TBI, or frequent Migraines as inversion training can trigger or worsen symptoms.

30/30 - Strength flow with trapeze handles for first 30 minutes followed with 30 minutes of slower, gentle movements for flexibility/mobility. This class is suitable for practitioners looking to get stronger with a nice finish to the day.

YIN - Slow gentle movements with lots of props, Wind down your week with a slow yin with long passive holds.

I’m a 500 hour registered yoga alliance instructor. I've been a student and teacher of yoga since 2009. Beginners and new to yoga are some of my favorite folks. Building a safe solid yoga foundation with proper form and alignment ensures you will remain injury free and can continue to practice for years to come.
I am committed to safe ethical practices based in the foundations of traditional yoga and modern science.
I teach a variety of classes in person at my home studio.
